  • Contents: 28 whitening strips in 14 individually sealed sachets, each containing an upper and lower strip – a long strip for the top teeth and a shorter one for the bottom teeth.

Directions for use:

  1. Tear open the sachet to reveal the upper and lower strips
  2. Fully dry your teeth
  3. Peel off the lower strip and apply to the lower teeth first followed by the upper strip
  4. Leave the strips in place for one hour
  5. Remove the strips after one hour and brush your teeth.
  6. Repeat every day for 14 days for a brighter, whiter smile.

Use the enclosed shade guide to monitor your progress. To maintain your white smile, avoid consuming high staining foods like curry or pasta sauce and liquids such as tea, coffee, red wine or dark juices.
